  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, clearance products, and certain bed and bath items (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days through our secure Stripe payment system.
  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the return and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
